Shipping & Returns

Unless otherwise requested, ShilohShooting.com will ship all items UPS Ground.  Items that exceed the size or weight restrictions of UPS will be handled accordingly. 

To ensure proper credit, please call or email (CustomerService@ShilohShooting.com) before returning any items.  We do our best to keep our customers happy, but as difficult as it is to believe, even we make mistakes.  If a product is shipped in error, or does not meet your expectations, please let us know.  We'll make every effort to correct the problem.

Business hours are Tuesday through Sunday, 10am until 8pm.  We'll get back with you as soon as possible.
